Ballad Dress by Lover

We charge a flat fee for delivery across Australia:

• $10 registered post (3-5 working days)
• $15 express post (next business day)

Each rental will come with a return express post envelope. Upon expiry of the hire, please return the dress via the express post envelope provided.

We only offer refunds if there is damage to the dress and it is not suitable for use. However, each dress is meticulously checked before being mailed out.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. For this reason, we suggest that your use our "try before you by option" before making your final decision.

We want to make your day as easy as possible. That's why we take care of the drycleaning when you're finished!

However we ask that you take care with your garment on the day. Please consider the next bride who will add to the story of this lovely dress.

Do not attempt to iron or wash the dress yourself. To get out any wrinkles, you can steam the dress. If you do not own a steamer, hang it on a hook in the bathroom and have a hot shower, making sure you avoid direct contact with water.
